Manage your subscription

Open the extension, click your avatar, and choose Manage billing. That opens the Creem customer portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.

Cancelling stops future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cannot reach the portal, email us and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Short version: within 14 days, just ask.

Delete your data

You can delete individual conversations inside the extension. To delete your whole account and everything attached to it, email us from your account address and we will confirm within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.

Stop Vela reading pages

Turn off Using page in the panel to exclude the current page from a conversation. To revoke access entirely, open chrome://extensions, click Details on Vela, and set site access to On click or remove the host permission.

Requirements

Google Chrome 116 or newer. Vela uses Chrome's side panel and identity APIs, so it does not currently run in other browsers.

Reporting a problem

If something is broken, tell us what page you were on, which model you used, and roughly when it happened. That is usually enough for us to find it in the logs.
