Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can request a full refund of your most recent subscription charge within 14 days, for any reason. If you have used a large share of that period's credits we may decline, or offer a partial refund in proportion to what is left — but for a normal amount of use, we refund in full.

After 14 days, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods beyond that except where your local consumer law requires it.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If part of the pack has been spent, we refund the unused portion.

When something goes wrong

If Vela was unavailable, produced no output, or charged you for something that failed, tell us and we will refund it regardless of the timeframe above. Failed requests should not consume credits — if you spot one that did, that is a bug and we will return the credits.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use Vela during that period you consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge you lose the automatic right of withdrawal for the part already supplied — but our own 14-day policy above is offered regardless, and is more generous in most cases. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

How to request one

Email info@arsprogrammatica.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply within three business days and approved refunds are returned by Creem to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is faster, and we will almost certainly just refund you. Where a chargeback is raised on a used account we may suspend it and reverse the credits granted.
